- Developing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilizing data and metrics to track recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- 1-6 years of experience in recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Hiring experience for leadership positions & from B-school is preferred.
- Startup Experience is a plus.
- Full-time MBA from tier1/2 college is a must.
