Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our IT hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top IT talent, along with strong team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Talent Acquisition plans to fulfill IT hiring needs in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Build and manage a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top IT talent, including direct sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and online platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience - Min 6 years in IT hiring.
- Proven experience in team management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, particularly in the healthcare or software development industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
