Talent Acquisition Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning initiatives.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company's culture, values, and unique selling points to potential candidates.
- Continuously improve the candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and hiring coordinators, providing guidance and training.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition team.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from tier1 college in Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (0-4) in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Leadership hiring experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
