Manager - Campus Engagement & Talent Acquisition
Job Responsibilities:
Campus Engagements:
- Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders, to understand talent needs and develop tailored campus recruitment initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, faculty, career services, and student organizations to enhance the organization's presence on campuses.
- Design and manage internship programs, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and program evaluation.
- Work on lateral hiring programs focused on experienced candidates from premier business schools
- Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continuously innovate and enhance the organization's approach.
TA CoE Activities:
- Oversee the selection and implementation of recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes, enhance candidate engagement, and improve data analytics capabilities.
- Provide support to recruiters and hiring teams on effective recruitment techniques, interview skills, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Work on employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Talent Acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure alignment between Talent Acquisition and other HR functions, such as onboarding, employee development, and workforce planning.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualification:
- Masters in Human Resources/Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on campus recruitment
- Experience of managing digital enhancements/ technological advancements in the field of Talent acquisition
- Understanding of the market trends on Talent acquisition
