Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to work collaboratively with Product Owners on overall product vision. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies, possess strong facilitation skills, and be committed to fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Facilitate and support the Agile Scrum process within the Product and IT team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to become self-organizing and cross-functional.
Promote an environment of continuous growth. motivating team members to regularly review their processes and implement enhancements.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Provide regular reporting and metrics tracking to offer visibility into the team's progress and performance.
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence is a must
B.E./B. Tech /M.E./M. Tech/MCA
Qualifications and experience
6+ years of experience in the related field.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
