Senior Manager- Shareholder''s Office

Responsibilities:

1. Review of Annual financials post finalization of accounts (under IND-AS & IGAAP)

2. Reporting to RBI under CIC/NBFC Regulations.

3. Support in Direct Taxation (queries, enquiries from Govt. departments, etc.) of companies/Trust/LLP/ Individuals and evaluate proposals

4. New Developments, initiatives and strengthening of controls

5.Consolidation of Annual Financials

6.Development of robust MIS and SOPs for changing business needs

7.Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and banking compliances

8.Preparation of corporate AOP

9.Planning of fund movement between promoter company and other JV companies

Qualifications: CA with 7+ years of experience
