The Customer Service Representative will provide high level customer service to internal and external customers with the goal of maintaining meaningful business relationships. Our ideal candidate will be customer oriented, an advocate for ThermoFisher Scientific, and be eager to drive growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, accurate, and timely manner, using different systems.
Manage and influence customer happiness by demonstrating tact, sensitivity, and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Required Skillset:
Education :
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college/university with 2+ years of experience
Experience :
Demonstrated Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word), PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Responsible, reliable and good interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize. In this role it is essential to perform shift work. Demonstrated commitment to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Respect, & Excellence. Proficiency with the English language.
