Job Description:-
The role is of candidate acquisition and engagement. Sourcing or Acquiring right potential candidates on the portal. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline on our portal.
Candidate Engagement and Acquisition Responsibilities
1. Working on fetching right tech. candidates on the selected posted jobs, using multiple sources including internal or external.
2. JD Analysis: Giving a thorough read and in depth analysis on the mentioned requirement.
3. Ensure the level1 shortlisting of candidates on the portal.
4. Understanding and replying specific client queries or concerns around the posted jobs.
5. Maintain Good timelines around the Job Cycle with reasonable or minimum TAT.
6. Keen interest in learning or researching around the present or emerging technologies.
7. Including Market Research around a particular advertised profile or profiles, wherever required.
8. Inclination towards hard work, new challenges and new learning.
9. Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates
10. Good to have experience in Robust Lead Generation or online closures or interaction.
11. Interact with professionals online or offline, as per the requirement.
12. Review online portfolios, Linkedin profiles or resumes to pre-screen candidates to fit in portal requirement.
13. Send emails or direct chat to follow up with candidates
14. Contact active or inactive candidates online.
Candidate Engagement and Acquisition Requirements:
1.Prior experience working in any of these: EdTech, Online Advertising, Media, SaaS, Recruitment industry or Business development or any online acquisition.
2.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
