Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Retail Expansion:
  • Open a minimum of 35 new retail stores per month, aiming for at least 105 stores quarterly.
  • Strategically identify and prioritize areas for retail expansion to maximize brand visibility and
sales.
2. Product Display Management:
  • Ensure products are prominently displayed in all partner stores.
  • Work closely with retail partners to secure prime shelf and display spaces.
3. CRM Management:
  • Accurately enter details of retail interactions, store openings, and sales activities into the CRM
system.
  • Ensure the sales team is regularly updating the CRM with visit details and lead generation
activities.
4. Sales Team Oversight:
  • Monitor and ensure that Sales Executives are making regular visits to retail partners.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
5. Retailer Relationship Management:
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing and potential retail partners to promote sales.
  • Share insights on market trends, advertising opportunities, and competitive positioning.
6. Competitive Analysis:
  • Gather and share information on competitor brands�� MRP and dealer margins during market
visits.
  • Use competitive insights to inform sales strategies and retailer negotiations.
7. Lead Generation and Sharing:
  • Generate leads for potential retail partnerships and share with the operations or backend team
for CRM entry.
Targets:
  • Achieve a quarterly target of opening 105 new retail stores.
  • Generate sales of ��12 lakh per month.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail expansion and management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor data.
  • Bachelor��s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related.
