Description
We are looking for a versatile & experienced payable resource to join builder.ai accounting team. This role is global and will support all aspects of purchase to pay processes. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, has a passion for building process and automation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is hands on people Senior Executive as well as player role and will report to the Accounts Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural flair for associating and connecting with people at all levels. Must have a strong background in working on sophisticated ERP system and handling global operations.
- Graduate or semi qualified accountant with proven experience of around 2-4 years as an Senior Executive.
- Will be responsible for complete procure to pay process environment and responsible for timely and accurate payments to the vendors and Employees Reimbursement.
- Overall accountability of performance management, SLAs and KPIs together with all stakeholders.
- Make existing ERP workflow efficient
- Oversee and direct automation and process simplification procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and withholding tax obligations.
- Knowledge of P2P Process along with Employee Reimbursement.
- Current knowledge of AP procedures and related laws.
