The Role
HoReCa Sales Manager
- Create and manage the complete HoReCa channel sales for the brand.
- Build and Develop relationships with key brands across the country.
- The candidate should be Analytically strong - maintain P&L and have a strategic approach to growing the vertical.
- The candidate should have a strong and proven network in the Hospitality and Tourism industry (Star hotels, Corporates and Institutions).
- Should have a proven sales record in the HoReCa industry.
- Should have in-depth knowledge and experience in the ways of working of the HoReCa channels.
- The candidate shall possess excellent Team Management and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Should have good commercial acumen.
Skills and Competencies:
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Hotel Management or MBA in Sales and Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 University or equivalent Professional Qualification.
- Minimum 4-5 years of celebrated Sales & Marketing experience handling F&B Service accounts, specifically HORECA related to Top players in the industry.
- Spearheading the initiatives to strategize and develop the channels to achieve target Sales and grow the HoReCa networks.
- Study and Plan for market Development Plans to achieve the desired business growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networks in the Retail, Hospitality, F&B and FMCG industry.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills and Negotiation techniques.
