Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, creating sales reports, and staying up to date on the real estate market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Knowledge of the Thane real estate market is a plus
