Manager - Campaign Management ( Email, WhatsApp and Clevertap)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Manager of Campaign Management specializing in Email, WhatsApp, and Clevertap platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across these channels to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns leveraging Email, WhatsApp, and Clevertap platforms to meet business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Analytics to ensure alignment of campaign strategies with overall business goals.
3. Segment customer database and personalize campaigns based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
4. Design A/B tests and analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
5. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email, WhatsApp, and mobile marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
6. Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
7. Monitor deliverability and compliance with email and WhatsApp regulations and best practices.
8. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience 6+ years in Campaign Management, specifically with Email, WhatsApp, and Clevertap platforms in the ecommerce or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and grocery industry trends and consumer behaviour.
