Job Description: Lead - Campaign Manager
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaign plans aligned with client goals and target audience - Socialize and document campaign structure, optimizations, and learnings
- Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs for each campaign.
- Manage budget and pacing across campaigns to ensure business objectives are met and media delivers consistent returns for clients
- Analyze campaign performance and audience profiles to find sweet spots and wastages and make effective marketing decisions to complement machines in driving results.
- Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and stay within the allocated budget and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Make engaging presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.
- Conduct live experiments to explore new ideas and hypotheses in a cost-effective and agile manner and find ways to scale up marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to put in the time and effort to research and experiment on new media buying platforms and learn and share findings from them - Research and recommend program optimizations; based on knowledge of platform-specific capabilities, site analytics, and media opportunities
- Implement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting
Qualification:
- More than 8 years of experience in a programmatic campaign management role including deep expertise and experience with statistical data analysis such as linear models, multivariate analysis, and sampling methods.
- Working experience on various digital marketing platforms, specifically media buying platforms, DSPs and programmatic platforms such as DV360, MediaMath, Criteo, Simpli.fi etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex client campaigns and relationships against performance metrics
- Key attributes include the ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Education: Engineering (Economic & Strategic, Mathematical)
