AddressKey Objective of the Job - Senior Manager - Digital Communication & Campaign :
- To create Digital Communications for digital assets
- To drive Email and Lead nurturing Campaigns across Prospects & Cross Sell databases to acquire customers for Consumer Loans within bench-marked Cost of Acquisitions.
Major Deliverables :
- Plan, design and execute Communication elements for Digital assets
- Drive online customer acquisition campaigns using customer databases
- Manage mailer databases and campaigns to nurture leads drive engagement with prospects /customers
- Responsibilities also include end to end delivery of the Campaigns with target setting with Call Centre and Sales teams to drive closures across products.
Specialized job competencies :
- Have a good understanding of the Online behavior of the Customer.
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be aware of and have worked with the leading technology and analytics tools used for various marketing campaigns
- Should be exceptional in analytical capabilities to measure and evaluate marketing performance
Other desired attributes :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should be a self starter and be passionate about digital marketing
- Should be comfortable working in a high energy teams and be eager to solve tough challenges
- Should have a fair understanding of Consumer Behavior especially w.r.t to landing pages, email marketing etc
- An understanding of Financial Products will be an advantage
