AddressJob Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing of Poultry Feed Additives, Vaccines, Biosecurity Products in NE, WB, JH, BR.
- Responsible for the Business Development, Achieve Sales targets product wise as desired by organization and Collections.
- Manage product life cycle and pricing schemes and introduce and implement sales strategies.
- Close working with management to develop strategic sales and marketing plan for the growth of the Poultry business.
- Manage CFAs and Depots.
- Overseeing daily marketing operations/ activities.
- Build & manage relationships with key customers, Poultry Consultant and distributors
- Lead and manage a team of sales staff
- Provide technical advice and support to customers.
- Control on over dues and legal compliance
Job Requirements:
- Qualification – M.V.Sc./B.V.Sc./MBA (Marketing) or Any Graduate.
- 10+ years Sales & Technical experience in Poultry Pharma, Poultry Feed Additives, Vaccines etc.
- Sales skill and technical knowledge is mandatory for holding presentations and customer discussions.
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in Senior Managerial Position.
- Must have good contacts in North East, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Bihar Poultry Market.
- Excellent knowledge about NE, WB, JH & BR Poultry market and Good Relationship with Dealer, Stockiest, Retailers, Big Farmers and Veterinary Doctor’s.
- Candidate must have Leader Ship Quality, Good Communication, Negotiation, Convincing and Team Management Skills.
- Age upto 45 years, Salary hike as per the industry norms.
