KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Operations Execution Excellence
- Daily field working with AEs (basis MTP) and organizing camps
- Day to day operations management – adherence to beat plan, camp plan etc.
- Plan for local campaigns, rural activities, and promotions
- Facilitate team on offline activation and awareness activities
- Oversee Daily Performance Reporting and Monitoring
- Coordinating with Vistara/V+ RSMs for planning and conducting camp at Drs and ensuring RCPA progression
- Evaluate relevant HCPS & partners for the Camps
- Clinic identification – selection of Drs which team has enrolled for Camps
- Identify, evaluate and maintain working relationship with pathology partner; negotiate prices, coordinate payment and report dispatch
- Engagement and interaction with key people in the village (influencers) such as Gram Pradhan, ASHA workers etc. to seek guidance, inputs and support in activation
- Team building, People Development and Performance Management
- Evaluate, hire & on-board people for all relevant roles in the team e.g. – AEs, AAMs
- Set monthly camp target and evaluate performance for the team
- Drive Training compliance and monitor field team performance on training
- Business planning
- Continuous monitoring of the planned activities, analysing Return on Investment and reorganization of promoted initiatives to improve cost without affecting top line.
- Analysing effectiveness of Marketing communication and providing inputs for upgrading content accordingly
- Driving Impact from analyses and Problem solving
- Competitive benchmarking and key activities tracking
- Prepare for senior management reviews / discussions
Education & Experience:
- Graduate
- 8+ year of field work experience, preferably sales, trade activation, BTL promotions
- Additional work experience in manager role with Activation domain & Pharma Sales will be preferable
