Job Description:
- Preparing sales projection / budget in line with organization goals.
- Creating a short- and long-term sales plans to achieve the target budgets,
- Planning and executing the strategies to achieve the projected sales,
- Overseeing local and Regional Sales, promotions, and campaigns etc.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally,
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs,
- Capturing business opportunities, acquisition of new clients and lead conversion from various marketing channels
- Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals.
- Manage and control account receivable activities
- Set KPI's for sales team, overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Planning and imparting training for sales team.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and by educating them on our portfolio front.
- Identifying hiring needs, select and train the sales team members.
- Monthly & quarterly review and verify sales and operational records and reports, uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets.
- Suggesting any change management strategies to management.
Experience And Qualifications :
- Bachelor/master's degree in management.
- Fluency in English and good presentation skill,
- Total 12-15 years of relevant experience working in the heavy equipment rental services industries.
- Customer service aptitude.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
- Knowledge of computers and basic software applications such as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lead a sales team.
