Regional Sales Manager - LAP
- Responsible for managing Sales function in the cluster allocated.
- Responsible for achievement of target business numbers provided at the beginning of the year.
- Responsible for driving the execution of growth initiatives to deliver top notch performance, desired productivities, market presence and Cluster level profitability in line with company strategy and objectives.
- Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the team
- Responsible for driving productivity in the team.
- Help in the activation and delivery agenda for new locations.
- To build a strong credit orientation and familiarity in the team.
- Responsible for activating new relationship with DSA, ensure adequate file flow / business.
- Maintaining weighted ROI as per set budgets.
- Cross Sell Insurance
- Maintaining Portfolio Quality
- Maintaining X bucket resolutions, ensuring no cases flow to bucket 1 and no fresh flow to NPA's
- Monitoring PDD MIS, Follow-up for pending PDDs
- PDD pendency to be kept within acceptable limits
