About Inovatus Inovatus is a New age new era PR Agency looking actively for a Business Development or Brand Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients who could benefit from PR services.
Research and analyse industries and companies to understand their PR needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client
Retention.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Understand clients\" PR objectives and work with the PR team to align services
Accordingly.
Create and implement a sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Collaborate with the management team to set sales goals and objectives.
Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations to pitch PR services to potential clients.
Customize proposals to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build a network and generate leads.
. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts and agreements.
Close sales deals and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Collaborate with the PR team to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are executed effectively.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's PR services and offerings.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in PR.
Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
2. Work experience: 0 -1 year
3. Prior experience in Digital Sales/Marketing will be considered as a plus point
4. Strong interest in business development, sales, and digital marketing
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives and content in English
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. A strong network of media contacts and a deep understanding of the Fashion and lifestyle industry
8. Creative thinker who can identify and capitalize on PR opportunities.
9. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
