PR/Media Relations:
- Strategic Planning & Execution - Define & implement the PR agenda for organization, curate liaison with senior management and media, create PR calendar and ensure that set objectives are met
- Drive thought leadership for the organization, prepare media interaction plans, organize media interactions, events and sponsorships
- Review PR agency and PR monitoring agency to track performance, conduct media analysis, track all the media coverage received for the Organization as well as competition and explore ways to improve the visibility score/share of voice
- Develop and maintain media contacts with electronic, print, regional media and online media nationally
- Ensure that the top management is regularly updated on industry news and events
- Online PR, social listening & online reputation management- Monitor what is being spoken about on social & digital media about

- Drive end-to-end internal communication and encourage building of relevant knowledge repositories
- Identify opportunities and manage engagement with corporate investors, distributors, media partners in the form of meets, conferences etc
- Manage periodic and adhoc internal communication, newsletters, CEO communications etc internally and key stakeholders
Investor Awareness Programmes:
- Own, Plan and implement investor awareness activities for planned/approved districts
- Investor awareness activities properties, events and tie-ups with key media partners via TV, Print, Digital and On-ground events
CSR and ESG:
- Coordinating the CSR activities for Organization with its Foundation
- Owning, tracking and driving ESG related activities for the organization with the Organization ESG committee and competition
Corporate Communications:

Requirements:
- 12-15+ years of experience in Corporate Communications & public/media relations either from PR agency or corporate
- Preferably has agency background or Familiarity/experience with BFSI category
- Thorough knowledge of Public Relations and its processes
- Ability to work with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Should be professional in establishing lasting connections with clients/media partners
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Should have managed a team of media professionals in prior job
