AddressA Mumbai based ARC is looking for Credit Analyst having minimum 2years of relevant experience in Stressed Asset Resolution business/ NBFC/ Bank, Investment banking. Prefered MBA finance or CA.
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- ARC experience shall be preferable
Key Responsibility areas:
- Acquisition of new lucrative investment opportunities.
- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI.
- Investor/ Stakeholder relationship.
- Networking Skills for sourcing of business and resolution will be a plus
- Team Management (Applicable if assigned a team member)
Job Specification:
- The incumbent should have strong networking in Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Funds/ PE/ NBFC.
- Good Analytical and Market knowledge of BFSI/ NPA/ Stress Asset Management.
- Well versed with Regulatory Aspects of stressed asset management.
- Should be able to draft Acquisition Proposals/ Notes & successfully close the acquisition deals along with data management.
