Vice President - Finance Manager (10-18 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership:
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support decision-making an business growth.
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
SAP Operations:
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of SAP operations for accounting, ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize and enhance SAP functionalities related to finance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Implement and monitor robust risk management strategies.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development for team members.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

- Implement and maintain effective financial controls.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA/MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of SAP operations for accounting.
- Demonstrated success in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support.
