The ideal candidate should possess a blend of Public Relations expertise, content creation skills, and a solid understanding of internal communications. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing Justdial's brand image, maintaining effective external communication, and fostering a positive internal work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Public Relations:
a. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's public image.
b. Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and influencers.
c. Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and other PR activities.
2. Content Creation:
a. Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website, social media, and press releases.
b. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
c. Craft compelling narratives that align with the company's messaging and objectives.
3. Media Relations:
a. Monitor media coverage and create comprehensive reports.
b. Respond to media inquiries.
c. Develop and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets.
4. Internal Communications:
a. Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging to employees.
b. Create and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
c. Collaborate with various departments to gather and disseminate information that fosters employee engagement.
5. Excel and Reporting:
a. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking PR and content metrics.
b. Generate regular reports on PR, content, and internal communication performance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Public Relations, content creation, media relations, and internal communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
