We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team at Gigaforce. You will direct a product's development and life cycle, ensuring that the product aligns with the customer's needs and the company's business objectives. Your duties include conducting market research, defining product features, setting product strategy and collaborating with teams to ensure the product's successful release.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Product Management :
- Product Analysis and Release management
- Product Roadmap and updates
- Tracking approved Product Features along with timeline, cost and alignment of the team members
- Agile Management Meeting and tracking Jira tickets
- Product document features and Release documents
2. Project Management :
- Tracking each project and provide weekly updates to leadership
- Intercommunication between the teams
- Provide weekly status to clients
- BRD documents for RPA and change management
- Implement Change and Risks Management process
3. BA :
- Maintain WF for each feature related to the Product
- Maintain BRD for each client product or project

Job Requirements :
- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
- Previous experience in software and web development
- Proven success as a product developer in a nonmanagerial role
- Demonstrable knowledge of SEM (search engine marketing) and online advertising
