The Practice & Service Business Operations person supports three businesses within the Service – reporting directly to the Service Delivery Leads. The role requires someone who works independently and drives topics on behalf of the business Lead, with visibility and interaction with senior leadership. The role requires strong collaboration skills and a track record of management of operations activities like: cross function collaboration, project management, reporting & cost management, forecasting and pipeline management, and communication management. Key activities include: · Be key shaper and driver to ensure all business results and projections are appropriately communicated to and interpreted by Leadership, and act as a trusted advisor to help them take the proper decisions to run their businesses. Full understanding of the business from sales and pipeline perspective, finance perspective, chargeability, etc. · Peer to peer interaction with key areas (governance, Finance, HR, Capability, Sales & Pricing Performance, etc) for business run, understanding key functions of the business to integrate all those areas. Drive strategy, key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams. Drives collaboration across a team including sales and Business Operations, finance, HR teams (weekly or daily basis). What are we looking for? • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Bus Ops roles • Ability to establish credibility with business leadership team and other internal stakeholders • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment with a geographically dispersed team • Must have strong financial, HR, pipeline, forecasting acumen as it relates to understanding reporting and processes that impact the business • Excellent customer service skills and confidence when dealing with all levels, including Senior Managing Directors • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member • Strong organization, communication (written and verbal) and analytic skills • Ability to prioritize multiple asks from Stakeholders. • Strategic thinking • Experience with MMS and pipeline reporting • Experience with HR systems • Experience with SAP Finance • Deep experience with Excel and Power Point • Advanced Excel reporting Knowledge, Power Query, Macros, Reporting and Analytics • Excel VBA Coding Knowledge • Bachelor’s Degree or above, and 5+ years of work experience in related areas. • CL 9 Team Lead Role • Shift – 10am to 7:30 pm • Location neutral( Blore, Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon) • Hybrid work model – 2 days per week in office, rest of the days in base location Roles and Responsibilities • Manage the Pipeline and the weekly forecast process for key metrics (sales, rev and CCI) and provide weekly updates to our MDs and Sales teams on calls and emails. • Provide pipeline analysis on an ad-hoc basis to leadership. · • Manage and drive special projects and requests that requires deep knowledge of complex components of the businesses · • Understanding the businesses and technologies that we sell to our customers.
