The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals.

Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing internal & external customer effectively
- Responsible for processing order to production & sending order acknowledgement to customer
- Playing role as support tool for sales team
- Strategic planning fulfilment of customer expectation & delivery their requirement on time by proper planning ,proper co-ordination with PPC ,Production & sales team.
- The position will be work as customer delight manager to respond customer promptly on various factors
- Planning & execution & playing the important role as a mediator between Morgan & customer’s & support tool for sales & operations.
- As a Customer care officer key role providing the prompt service an effective & efficient manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities - Include the following:
Order processing & sending the order acknowledgement on time to customer- Customer delighting by giving extra ordinary service
- Handling Customer inquiries and complaints & Maximizing Customer Satisfaction
- Material follow-up with internal dept ( PPC & production )
- Providing accurate routing information for shipment details to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated
