Experience:
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in Airline, Tourist, or Travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members in understanding program benefits and product inquiries.
- Resolve travel-related questions and process inquiries.
- Discuss all matters with supervisors or team leaders to resolve issues.
- Take full responsibility for providing resolutions to customers.
Skills:
- Patience and motivation to learn and execute tasks effectively.
- Clear understanding of current market trends.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different environments and changes in the sector.
Salary: 14k to 32k In-hand
