Customer Care Executive
Job Summary
The Customer Care Executive attracts potential customers by answering queries related to the Cargo service and suggesting information about other business services. At DNX Cargo, we expect our Customer Care Executives to showcase the best services of our company and exceed customer expectations at all times.Responsibilities
- Maintain customer accounts with all relevant information
- Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints and selecting the best solution
- Manage substantial incoming calls
- Follow communication guidelines by DNX and all policies of customer interactions
- Manage call escalations
- Act on client inquiries and provide business leads to managers
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience as a Customer Care Executive in any industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Arts, or Science
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task and prioritize
- Active listening skills along with strong phone contact handling abilities
