Job description

The role of a Customer Care Executive, also known as a Customer Service Representative, is to interact with customers and provide assistance, support, and resolution to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. They are responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships. The specific responsibilities may vary depending on the organization, but here is a general outline of the job description:

1. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to address their inquiries, requests, and complaints. Listen actively, empathize, and provide prompt and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex problems to higher-level support or management when necessary. Ensure that customer concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

3. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures. Stay updated on product features, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and provide accurate information.

4. Recordkeeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated tools. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer information and update customer profiles as needed.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, focusing on customer retention and loyalty. Engage in proactive communication, follow-up, and personalized interactions to enhance the overall customer experience.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, technical support, and operations, to address customer needs effectively. Share customer feedback, insights, and suggestions to improve products, services, and processes.

7. Customer Satisfaction Measurement: Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement. Use customer feedback to implement corrective actions and enhance service quality.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
