As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. Key Responsibilities:
Each caller will be responsible for managing approximately 80 to 100 calls per day.
Booking appointments for Clinic and Hospital OPD services.
Adhere to call center scripts and procedures.
