Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Respond to incoming customer emails promptly and accurately.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide detailed and comprehensive answers to resolve customer issues effectively.
Manage email communication with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
Call Handling:
Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive demeanour.
Listen attentively to customer concerns, questions, and requests.
Provide accurate information and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.
Follow established call scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Customer Support:
Identify and assess customer needs, and offer suitable products, services, or solutions.
Handle and process customer replacements, returns, and exchange
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as required.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.
Record Keeping:
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Update customer profiles with relevant information and follow-up actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with different departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer concerns or relay important information.
Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed targets for call and email volume, response times, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously strive to improve personal performance and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
1) Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent, or similar role.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3) Proficiency in handling emails and phone calls effectively.
4) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
5) Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
6) Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus.
7) Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
