Your Impact:
Based anywhere in our offices in India, the Marketing & Communications Specialist, Asia Pacific & Middle East (APME), will play a vital role in driving our marketing efforts to elevate our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth in key areas. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your marketing and communications expertise and creativity in a fast-paced corporate environment and contribute to our organisation's continued success and growth.
Key responsibilities :
- Marketing Plans: Contribute to implementing marketing plans that support our overall marketing efforts.
- Content Creation: Write, edit and curate diverse and engaging content across multiple formats, including news articles, thought leadership, press releases, infographics, videos, podcasts and social media, aligned with our content strategy and marketing goals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, develop and execute relevant multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote strategic content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Content Distribution: Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to distribute content across relevant platforms and channels, including our website, social media, newsletters and third-party publications.
- Reporting and Tracking: Prepare regular updates and statistics on content consumption and campaign progress and performance, including recommendations for improvements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify strategic content themes, topics and opportunities that will appeal to our target audiences and support our marketing goals.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and executing events, including Jacobs-led events and webinars.
- Employer Brand: Support content development for internal communications and employee campaigns as needed.
- Project Coordination and Support: Support the Senior Market & Communications Manager, APME in delivering other marketing projects as required and, where relevant, "own" such projects.

Here's What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a relevant field.
- At least five years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organisational functions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and development in the marketing field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly regarded:
- Experience working in a similar role within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro.
