Responsibilities
Selected applicants’ day-to-day responsibilities include:
Brainstorm new ideas to create a trending brand amongst college students
Growth Hacking - use virality as a concept to push the platform to a massive audience & user base
Use influencer marketing to work with different influencers all across the country in various domains.
Work with brands like Coca-Cola, Marvel, Zomato, and Dunzo to integrate into all the colleges
Ensure that the creative marketing campaigns result in traction on the platform
Set up a team of ambassadors in colleges all across India
Build creative strategies & implement contests in colleges
Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with senior management at companies
Strategy Planning: Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for the acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.
Take complete ownership of the marketing process, forecast growth for specific periods
Ensuring brand-standard experience for prospective members and sharing more about the benefits
Qualifications
Creative individual
Strong negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Technology & Tools
Excellent communication skills
Strong grasp of English
