JOB SUMMARY:.
Experience: 7-12 years.
Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai.
Delhi: Candidate needs to work from home and needs to focus on Government, PSU & Defence Vertical business.
Mumbai: Candidate needs to work from Mumbai office and needs to focus on BFSI vertical business.
Bangalore: Candidates needs to work from HSR Layout and primary focus verticals are IT, Enterprise, and other vertical business.
All three positions need to be handled: Applications, App Development, Technology Solutions, IT services, AI&ML based services & Solutions.
- The role will report to the business head, and it is an Individual contributor role.
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and technology background along with respective verticals experience.
Job Summary:
- We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor responsible for driving business growth by developing new leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals within the Government, PSU, and Defence sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the specified verticals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Handle end-to-end sales process including negotiation and contracts.
- Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the Government, PSU, or Defence verticals.
- Strong understanding of technology and software services, including applications, app development, and AI & ML-based solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to various audiences.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
