Role-RBO Manager
This role entails responsibility for management of all collections activities related to Retail Assets products. The role bearer is primarily accountable for Field collections and Collection payment updating in the system. This role has many internal and external interactions with key stakeholders and is a vital contributor to the organization's overall profitability and health
- Responsible for field collections for all Retail Asset products
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation and payment update in the system
- Oversee the entire closure process from prepayment to matured for all Retail Asset products
- Spearhead settlements and AHFS (Asset Hold for Sale) closures unit to mitigate delinquencies for the bank
- Lead cancellation and refund processes for all Retail Asset products pan India
- Manage additional disbursals and trans disbursals to the customers for the bank
