Job Purpose:
The role holder has the responsibility for managing the investigations relating to Assets financed by the bank wherein the complaints/escalations may be received from regulator, LEA authorities, internal or external stakeholders. The role holder is expected to proactively manage end to end investigations along with process enhancements wherever necessary. The outcomes of these investigations are to be transmitted and administered under the Bank’s disciplinary framework. The role holder is expected to manage deadlines and processes for ensuring work products of the highest standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage generic mailbox, review, and response.
Coordinate with the field team for investigation inputs and reports.
Trend Analysis & Publishing MIS to management.
Central Role coordinating with regional teams.
Manage investigations and deliver highest quality related to investigative work product.
Identify the gaps in current control process and recommend enhancements to prevent recurrence.
Implement policies in place to prevent fraud activities and recover any incurred losses.
Support in holding sensitive interviews and other investigative research activities.
Ensure end to end investigation and necessary closure with the regulatory reporting team.
Manage and coordinate for Audit requirements and reverts.
Ensure timely completion of the investigation product and drive for final closure.
Provide statistical analyses of both on-going and completed investigations along with trends observed.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate – Any Graduation.
Postgraduate - Any Post Graduation.
Professional Qualification - Any key certification related to risk management is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 10-18 years in Risk function preferably Assets related exposure.
