Role:
We are looking to welcome a Talent Lead with 4-7 years of work experience. The lead will be an integral part of the team and an independent owner of all hiring across the fund, venture studio, and companies we incubate.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for lateral and leadership hiring in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, and hiring managers, to understand their talent needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Sourcing and Attraction: Oversee sourcing strategies, which may include direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract top-notch candidates for lateral and leadership roles.
Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct in-depth interviews, and guide the assessment process to identify candidates with the right skills and culture.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of minimum of 4 years in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or similar
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Adept at all channels of hiring
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
