Lead - Business Process Engineering - NBFC - Mumbai
Job Location - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and contribute to the Business Process re-engineering projects.
- Identify and successful implementation of Business Process improvement to contribute to cost savings and enhance the customer experience.
- Engage with key stakeholders in measurement and reporting of business services metrics (costs, turnaround time and quality) on our most important processes or products.
- Manage the reporting of project progress to steering committee along with IT Team.
- Collaborate and co-ordinate with, Central & regional teams across functional boundaries, ensuring all keys areas of risk, efficiency and effectiveness are covered and deliver successful end-to-end reengineering projects and to ensure successful implementation of the end-to-end projects and all key areas.
- Responsible for reviewing and defining business services metrics (Turnaround time, quality) on key processes.
- Manage the implementation of related Business Services Functional Instruction Manual (User Manuals) & Training the Teams.
- To drive all the best practices by sharing and implementation the best of the Industry practice followed in BFS Vertical.

Candidate Details
- Graduate / MBA
- 6 to 15 years
- Experience in Lead, manage and contribute to the Business Process re-engineering projects in NBFCs.
