Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a cluster of Retail Branches to achieve financial and Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the cluster.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements across branches in the cluster.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch managers and staff within the cluster.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion within the cluster.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement initiatives that increase market share and customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure a superior customer experience across all branches within the cluster.
- Address customer complaints and escalations effectively, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Promote a customer-centric culture among branch staff.
- Optimize branch operations to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for branch processes.
- Oversee branch infrastructure, security, and maintenance.
- Manage and mitigate operational, credit, and compliance risks within the cluster.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to address any risk-related concerns.
- Generate and analyze performance reports for the cluster and individual branches.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.
