Position description:

Operations - Officer - Retail Asset Customer Service


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Preparing standard responses
  • Preparing Holding responses
  • Daily dispatch of Credit responses for retail credit team.
  • Filing the letter hard copies.
  • Dispatch Daily Letters – Repeat Dispatch Letters along with MIS.
  • Dispatching charge posters to all RA Ops branches.

Educational qualifications preferred

  • Category: Bachelor's Degree
  • Academic score: Pass
  • Institution tier: Any

Required work experience

  • Industry: Banking preferred - but not a constraint
  • Role: Operations
  • Years of experience: 0 to 2
