We are looking for an Assistant Marketing manager with integrated marketing experience in developing marketing communications strategy, messaging and campaigns for key audiences including industry influencers, (bloggers, press/media, and technical analysts) consumers.
The assistant marketing manager will work closely with the marketing management, brand as well as external agencies to develop a brand value proposition and strategy that effectively communicates our portfolio and associated value proposition to these audiences.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. As the Assistant Marketing manager, you must maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and may manage a portfolio of products.
2. Must supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, programs for the business.
3. Need to do Brand tie-ups to stretch it into new areas where the core competency & brand credibility does not currently exist.
4. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities.
5. Experience in similar industries i.e. FMCD (Audio, Lifestyle, Electronics, etc) & having very good exposure in market.
6. Working closely with the company's marketing team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
7. Build long and short-term growth strategies, influence action across various stakeholders, and effect change in the daily work environment
8. Should have done fair amount of work on Brand Building and Marketing
9. Capable to draw sales/ marketing plan & monitor expansion of company's business in very focused & fast-growing industrial segments.
10. A proven track record of building partnerships and working in a complex, cross functional environment is a key requirement.
11. MBAs preferred with experience in Marketing, sales, business development with people management experience.
12. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
13. Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
