- This role will work closely with BD head to drive data based decision making. Will lead the analytics effort across sales, scans, leads, and visit data of Electricians / Retailers / Other influencers.
- He / she will help build custom archetypes of influencers basis scan patterns to develop strategy for influencer management (IM), and help in tracking and reporting on key metrics for the IM team.
- He / she will manage a team of 3-4 business analysts to gather insights.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities/Authorities:
Analytics of Sales and Scans data
- Collate and analyse scans / sales data to identify influencer archetypes basis scan patterns
- Determine gaps between primary sales and tertiary scans to bring out focus geo-clusters
- Determine movement between tiers for Influencers to capture upside of offerings / program interventions
- Design/ re-design of custom offers for influencer archetype / tiers
Give actionable Insights
- Give actionable insights to sales / IM team to become best in class in tertiary scans, e.g. Flag influencers at risk of drop-off / downtrading
Scheme effectiveness
- Track metrics for new schemes / initiatives for influencers and report effectiveness and derive insights for improving future schemes
Fraud analytics
- Identify Retailers scanning codes meant for Electricians or Distributors scanning codes meant for retailers
Traceability data from distributor to customer
- Help become identify process /data gaps to become gold standard for traceability
- Determine gaps between scans of Retailers and associated electricians to identify Retailers for driving Electrician onboarding
- Give insights related to product placement issues at Retailers
Lead management Data Analytics and insights
- Track lead maturity and progress across sites tagged to Electricians
- Flag tagged Electricians with no leads associated
- Track maturity and progress across tagged leads to push product recommendations for the MSR
- Determine micro-markets for premium leads to direct MSR for visiting the area / colony
Payment data analysis vs scans
- Analyse payment redemption data to flag Influencers with Payment issues
- Determine correlation between payment issue and scan behaviour and give actionable insights to resolve the same
Tracking and reporting of aligned metrics
- Track and report insights for IM Team members on key metrics, KRAs and KPIs aligned as part of AOP
