Are you an experienced professional with a knack for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? FutureLeap Search has been tasked by a very well-funded SAAS company operating in CRM space to recruit for the Key Account Manager (KAM) position for their Mumbai location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure 100% customer retention by overseeing successful adoption across your assigned customer base.
2. Develop, own, and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from your accounts, both short-term and long-term.
3. Gain deep insights into your customers' businesses and their top objectives across various organizational levels.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts, promoting our solutions and establishing our company as a trusted partner.
5. Understand and align business and technology challenges with appropriate solutions from our portfolio.
6. Act as a liaison between sales, services, support, and other internal teams to prioritize and address customer requirements promptly.
7. Create and maintain account maps, customized plans for each customer, and foster close relationships with key stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 8+ years of total work experience with good experience in B2B Software Sales and account management for BFSI sector clients.
2. Strong foundation in Software Sales/ BD/ success, with SaaS experience being a definite advantage.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work ethic.
4. Excellent organizational skills with a strong bias to action.
5. High ability in data driven problem-solving, negotiation and and develop close relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts.
