Job Title: State Collections Head - Madhya Pradesh
Location: Indore
Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets for the assigned area, ensuring targets are met.
- Control the flow of cases in different buckets and focus on reducing non-starters.
- Ensure availability of adequate staff (Feet on Street) area-wise, bucket-wise, and segment-wise.
- Establish productivity parameters for Collection Officers/Agencies, monitor their performance, and conduct weekly reviews.
- Conduct background and reference checks for appointed agencies/Collection Executives (CEs).
- Identify and address training needs for CEs and support collection officers in legal/police matters.
- Conduct customer visits as necessary to resolve collection issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in collections management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
