Job Overview

As an Industrial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the industrial sector. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India, and it is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Sales Manager or a similar sales role in the industrial sector.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the industrial sector to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the industrial sector.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through proactive communication and excellent customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting sales targets and monitoring their performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and report on sales performance to senior management.
