AddressIndustrial Relations Manager (National)
The incumbent should be a full time MBA in HR / MSW or Equivalent with excellent communication skills with experience in Industrial Relations including wage negotiations, signing of long term settlement, employee Welfare, HR Policies , Multi Union Management and labor law etc in a large / mid size manufacturing Company.
Candidate must have experience in signing of at least 2 LTS in multi union environment.Candidate having experience in multiple states will be preferred.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing IR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations etc.
- Managing employee relations, employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
- Managing IR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other IR-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
- Managing dispute resolutions and developing labour policies
