Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is related field is must.
• 12 to15 years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
•  Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Must have worked with C-level Executives, stake holder management,
• Exposure in handling a complex environment and streamlining the process.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• With a start-up or a consulting mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
