GM HR GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE


- Preferably MBA with min. relevant experience of 12 years in HR Governance & Compliance role.
- CLRA and Statutory Compliance Management
- Audit Management & HR Ops
- ER - Disciplinary Action Management
- Responsible for investigation of complaint received for workplace harassment and POSH.
- Report the case to management and committee member with details investigation report.
- Sending show cause notices to employees and alleged person and preparing the report for submission to committee for their review and final closure
- Preparing and sharing dashboard with all stakeholders for letting them know on cases reported for region and department
- Follow up with legal team for notices and submission of documents to government bodies.
- Preparing snippets on policies and guidelines for awareness of employees and sharing the same on what's app and through email communication for ease of access.
- Responsible to submit necessary challans and reports to finance team for remittance of statutory dues.
- To track all return and ensure to submit timely returns to specific government statue.
- To publish monthly dashboard to HR Head for incurred outstanding liabilities of statutory dues.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation of dues and liabilities against the liabilities booked from finance in trial balance.
- Sharing the details of HOLD PF amount with BHR and sending communication to employees along with requirements.
- Sharing monthly KRA report with RISK team for their daily updating and further reporting
- Follow up with legal team for addition and deletion of contractors for our further amendments in CLRA registration.
- Managing audit for contractors and sharing report with HR head for his review
- Annual return filling under CLRA and Shops and establishment and other acts.
- Responsible for automation of HR dashboard to publish all MIS to stakeholders and HR Head
- Timely closure of notices and follow ups with respective team for requirements and closure.
Database Management:
- HRMS database management, Maintain & providing Data Support to management & HR team.
- Managing the HR Helpdesk by acting as a 1st level contact point for queries.
- Maintaining employee records on HRIS Trackers and keeping it up to date.
- Monitor Audit with internal Audit team for payroll, FNF & statutory compliance.
- Ensure to close audit on time with 100% accuracy for payroll HR Process with external audit team.
- Provides adequate support for Audit / inspections and ensure that there are no significant findings.
- MIS of advances, Hold Release, FNF & claims, represent to Monthly report with Management & Stakeholders.
- SOP manual updating for change in policy.
Payroll Management:
- Payroll Processing for 20K employees and disbursement of salary for PAN India.
- Handling tax report and co-ordination with finance for various repot and challan processing.
- FFS processing for 400 employees in a month and tracking clearance of NDC and publishing report for pending NDC cases along with TAT to all stakeholders.
- Managing & ensure to process Gratuity payout of the employee within timelines & maintain records for further submission to labor department.
- Ensure to process all the Terminal Benefits of Demise Cases within timelines & maintain record.
- Tracking the demise cases with BHR till receiving all documents for further submission to EPFO and GTLI settlement.
- Maintain employee processes and procedures, using HR systems for proper documentation & records.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily HR operation and responsible for creating process to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and consistency of the data
- Responsible to close HR audits and sharing the highlights to our further report to HR head for process implementation.
