Training and Development:

Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to meet organizational objectives.
Compensation Benefit:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive within the logistics industry.
Provide guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
HR Policy and Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations affecting the logistics industry and ensure company policies remain compliant.
Conduct regular audits to assess HR compliance and identify areas for improvement.
HR Admin:
Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
